Job Summary

A company is looking for an Editorial Project Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain organized workflow in collaboration with the Senior Editorial Project Manager
  • Ensure quality technical input of articles on the website and manage project systems
  • Track print workflow progress and communicate with stakeholders regarding editorial customer service
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Publishing, Communications, Journalism, English, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1-3 years of experience in editorial coordination, publishing, project management, or related administrative roles
  • Proficiency with content management and project management tools such as Trello, Planyway, and WordPress
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new digital tools and systems
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills
