Editorial Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Temporary Editorial Project Manager, CRM (Contributors).

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboard new contributors, including setting up CMS accounts and troubleshooting
• Manage contributor workflow through Salesforce and maintain progress reports
• Optimize project management system and coordinate with tech support for Salesforce functionality

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with Salesforce CRM tools
• Familiarity with content management systems and onboarding/training new users
• Project management skills and proficiency with project tools
• Ability to navigate demands of multiple stakeholders
• Experience in a newsroom or editorial media organization
