Key Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the editorial content calendar in collaboration with the Head of SEO
• Create structured content briefs and guide editorial teams on accuracy and user intent
• Analyze performance metrics to drive editorial improvements and maintain content visibility

Required Qualifications

• 4-7+ years in editorial strategy, SEO content strategy, or digital publishing
• Strong understanding of mental health or sensitive, regulated domains preferred
• Experience managing an editorial team
• Proficiency with keyword tools and analytics platforms
• Experience working with a CMS and structuring content for clarity and authority
