Job Summary

A company is looking for an Editorial Talent & Recruiting Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and recruit sports and entertainment writers and content creators
• Evaluate candidates for writing ability and subject-matter expertise while partnering with editorial teams
• Manage the recruiting pipeline and enhance candidate experience during onboarding

Required Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of recruiting experience, preferably in digital content creation
• Strong knowledge of sports and entertainment media landscapes
• Ability to assess writing quality and audience fit
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems is preferred
• Passion for sports and understanding of fan engagement with content
