EDM Engagement Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an EDM Engagement Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation of the Employee Document Management application for Workday, overseeing the complete delivery lifecycle
• Act as the primary client interface, ensuring effective communication between functional and technical teams
• Lead project planning, resource management, milestone tracking, and customer satisfaction for multiple projects

Required Qualifications

• Experience in implementing Workday or other ERP solutions in a consulting or IT services environment
• Full lifecycle project management experience, including requirement development, solution design, and service management
• Commercial experience managing geographically distributed teams and client relationships
• Ability to produce business documentation such as business cases and contracts
• Ability to work under pressure and make balanced decisions regarding customer demands and commercial considerations
