EDM Product Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an EDM Product Consultant to implement and configure their Employee Document Management application for a global customer base.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure the Employee Document Management application, typically leading a workstream
• Understand customer requirements and design solutions aligned to their needs
• Support junior team members and share knowledge effectively

Required Qualifications

• Very good understanding of Workday products (HCM/Financials/Payroll)
• Experience in a customer-facing consulting environment with a strong customer focus
• Good commercial awareness and understanding of project and business dynamics
• Consulting skills, including presenting and participating in workshops
• Aware of confidentiality and non-disclosure policies, ensuring information security
