EDP QA/QE Lead

Job Summary

Owning the enterprise-level quality engineering strategy for the Enterprise Data Platform (EDP), the remote contract EDP QA/QE Lead will ensure data reliability, accuracy, and performance while managing a team responsible for data validation, testing frameworks, and quality metrics across migration and new builds.

Key responsibilities

• Own the enterprise quality engineering strategy for EDP across migration waves and new builds
• Develop and maintain the program Data Quality framework and master test plan aligned to the EDP roadmap
• Manage and mentor a team of QA/QE resources, driving consistent practices and collaboration with stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive QA/Quality Engineering experience, with 3+ years in a lead role
• Proven experience leading QA for large-scale data platforms or data warehouse programs
• Deep expertise in data testing, including ETL/ELT validation and source-to-target reconciliation
• Strong SQL skills for complex queries across large data sets
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline
