Job Summary

A company in the Education industry is seeking an Education Admissions Coordinator.

Position Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential students over email, phone calls and Zoom, educating them about Dribbble Education courses and hosting frequent online interactive webinars for hundreds of potential students, answering their questions
• Introduce Dribbble Education to companies who are interested in using their courses to up-skill their employees and maintain a pipeline and forecast of active opportunities, converting those opportunities into revenue to achieve your quota
• Oversee the whole lifecycle of a student's admissions journey, from lead generation to course enrollment, meet and exceed monthly quota for enrollments, and report weekly on admissions stats to the team

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in supporting students in an Education admissions setting is beneficial but not mandatory
• Exceptional communication and persuasion skills, excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to establish rapport and trust, work independently and create new processes, and maintain or exceed quotas in previous roles
• Comfortable carrying a quota and experienced in utilizing CRM tools to optimize sales processes, pipelines, and forecast tracking
• Passionate about Education and eager to help students start their journey of acquiring new skills and changing their lives
