Education and Quality Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Education and Quality Manager to support education and training initiatives while ensuring quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the Quality Audit team and monitor productivity metrics
• Provide education to coders and auditors based on internal audit findings
• Collaborate with various teams to identify performance needs and enhance quality and productivity

Required Qualifications

• Baccalaureate degree in health information management or associate degree in health information technology with extensive management experience
• Expert level coding skills in Professional Fee and Physician Coding
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including 365, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience managing a client-facing Learning Management System
• Previous experience in an education and/or quality role related to Coding, CDI, and Denials Management
