Job Summary
A software company is in need of a Education and Training Assessment Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Develop course materials, training aids, and new or improved applications
- Create engaging learning content for a variety of formats
- Identify needs and create training modules to address gaps
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2 - 4 years' experience in training, implementation, or designing and developing educational resources
- Ability to design, develop, implement, and evaluate training plans, curricula, and methodology
- Experience in creative tools such as Camtasia, Captivate, Adobe Suite, or similar
- Ability to translate complex processes and material into functional content
- Technical competency and comfort learning new platforms
