Job Summary
A company is looking for an Education & Training Coordinator to join their Onboarding & Success Services Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform various administrative duties to support training sessions and maintain internal documentation
- Communicate with clients to schedule training and manage training requests
- Gather data for reporting and create/update training materials and schedules
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Experience with various software products, including Microsoft PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Jira, or Survey Monkey is a plus
- Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Experience in the insurance industry is preferred but not required
