Job Summary

A company is looking for an Education & Training Coordinator to join their Onboarding & Success Services Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform various administrative duties to support training sessions and maintain internal documentation
  • Communicate with clients to schedule training and manage training requests
  • Gather data for reporting and create/update training materials and schedules
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Experience with various software products, including Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Jira, or Survey Monkey is a plus
  • Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Experience in the insurance industry is preferred but not required
