Key Responsibilities

• Collaborates with stakeholders to create scalable operational learning solutions
• Supports the analysis, design, and delivery of learning experiences for Operations
• Manages project timelines and ensures quality completion of assigned tasks

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Knowledge of the Health & Welfare industry and benefit outsourcing systems
• Understanding of project management tools and techniques
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Experience managing multifaceted projects
• Previous benefits administration and strong project management experience preferred
