Job Summary

A company is looking for an Education Coordinator to support student success through academic guidance and progress tracking.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate diagnostic testing to assess new students' academic readiness and recommend course selections
Guide new students and families through onboarding and develop comprehensive graduation plans
Monitor academic progress and provide regular updates to students and parents

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in education and at least 1-year related experience, or an acceptable combination of education and experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and adaptable to new technology
Ability to assess individual student and family educational needs
Dedicated to providing a customer-focused, student-centered experience
Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic online environment
