Job Summary
A company is looking for an Education & Training Coordinator to join their Onboarding & Success Services Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform administrative duties to support training sessions and maintain internal documentation
- Communicate with clients to schedule training and manage training requests
- Gather data for reporting and create/update training schedules and presentations
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft products, including PowerPoint
- Experience with various software tools like Salesforce, Jira, or Survey Monkey
- Strong organizational skills
- Insurance industry experience is a plus
