Job Summary

A company is looking for an Education & Training Coordinator to join their Onboarding & Success Services Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform administrative duties to support training sessions and maintain internal documentation
  • Communicate with clients to schedule training and manage training requests
  • Gather data for reporting and create/update training schedules and presentations
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products, including PowerPoint
  • Experience with various software tools like Salesforce, Jira, or Survey Monkey
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Insurance industry experience is a plus
