Job Summary

Providing operational and administrative support, the part-time Education Coordinator will manage member support requests, assist with Learning Management System (LMS) operations, and facilitate group enrollment processes, working either remotely or onsite in Schaumburg, IL.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the centralized point of contact for education-related member support requests, managing Jira tickets and ensuring timely responses
  • Coordinate group enrollment operations and assist with onboarding tasks for institutional clients
  • Track and report metrics related to member support activities, identifying trends and opportunities for process improvement
Required qualifications
  • Associate's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience in administrative, operations, customer support, or education program coordination
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and ticketing platforms such as Jira preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with data tracking and reporting tools
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
