Education Credentialing Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Education Credentialing Manager, fully remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery and quality of credential advising and CDA support services while supervising a team of Credentialing Specialists
• Develop and implement credentialing workflows and systems to support educators pursuing credentials and degrees
• Ensure compliance with state licensing, CDA Council requirements, and higher education standards while analyzing credentialing pipeline metrics

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, Human Services, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred
• 4+ years of experience in ECE workforce development, credentialing, or higher education advising
• 2+ years of supervisory experience
• Strong understanding of CDA processes and ECE career pathways
• Experience managing partnerships with colleges and credentialing bodies
