Education Data Strategist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Education and Workforce Data Strategist to integrate applied research and data science for public sector change management.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quantitative analyses using administrative and survey data to support research and evaluation efforts
• Provide coaching and technical assistance to clients on data use for decision making
• Design and facilitate workshops and trainings to enhance data use capacity among organizations

Required Qualifications

• PhD in a related field or a Master's degree with at least 4 years of relevant applied research experience
• Experience with research or evaluation projects for public or nonprofit entities
• Demonstrated experience with research design, data analysis, and reporting
• Experience with various data collection methodologies, including interviews and surveys
• Familiarity with federal contracting and compliance standards is preferred
