Education Design Strategist

Job Summary

To shape innovative workforce education solutions, the full-time remote Education Design Strategist will develop and deliver educational programs that connect workforce needs with learning opportunities, conduct qualitative research, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and deliver career pathways and workforce education solutions
• Conduct research to identify workforce, learner, and organizational needs, translating insights into actionable recommendations
• Present findings and product demonstrations to stakeholders, including executive leadership

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
• 3 years of consulting experience focused on educational research or workforce education program design
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365; familiarity with Salesforce and Monday.com preferred
• Strong analytical skills with a strategic, consultative approach
• Healthcare education and credentialing experience preferred
