Education Grant Writing Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Grant Writing Consultant - Education - Part-time.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the fulfillment of Education grant writing services contracts, including narrative writing and consulting
• Conduct research and provide consulting on potential Education grant programs to agencies and communities
• Submit complete and comprehensive Education grant applications and provide expert reviews and consultations

Required Qualifications

• Two or more years of professional Education grant writing and consulting experience within municipal government and/or public works in the last 5 years
• Experience writing Education grants submitted to the US Department of Education, US Department of Justice, and other relevant agencies
• Proven experience conducting comprehensive research to identify grant opportunities for education-based clientele
• Familiarity with K-12 and higher education, including knowledge of education laws and current trends
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple proposals and deadlines effectively
