Education Impact Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Education Impact Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a client-facing subject matter expert to assist with product awareness and adoption
• Consult with key client stakeholders on best practices and alignment of district goals with product usage
• Support the Customer Success Manager in tracking annual goals and optimizing customer retention

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2-3 years of educational technology experience with a focus on driving adoption of educational solutions
• Experience in school system administration, student assessment, or related fields is strongly desired
• Data visualization and/or software implementation experience is a plus
• Experience with Gainsight and Salesforce is a plus
