Job Summary

A company is looking for an Education Impact Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert to assist clients with product awareness, understanding, and adoption
• Consult with key client stakeholders on best practices and alignment of district goals with product usage
• Support account teams by tracking client progress and identifying areas for risk mitigation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2-3 years of experience in educational technology with a focus on adoption and usage strategies
• Experience in school system administration or related areas is strongly desired
• Data visualization or software implementation experience is a plus
• Experience with Gainsight and Salesforce is a plus
