Job Summary

A company is looking for an Education Impact Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a client-facing subject matter expert to enhance product awareness and adoption
Consult with key client stakeholders on best practices and alignment of district goals with product usage
Support the Customer Success Manager (CSM) in tracking annual goals and addressing client needs

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required
2-3 years of educational technology experience with a focus on driving product adoption
Experience in school system administration or related fields is strongly desired
Familiarity with data visualization and software implementation is a plus
Experience with Gainsight and Salesforce is a plus
