Job Summary

A company is looking for an Education Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a team of Education Professionals to develop and deliver Onboarding and Certification programs
Support the Education team through problem-solving, managing escalations, and providing support and education on tools and services

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Education, Psychology, Sociology, or related field
3-5 years of experience in people management
5+ years' experience in Training/Education
Experience in both classroom and virtual training
Strong understanding of instructional design principles for asynchronous learning content
