Job Summary
Leading the planning and execution of training programs, the contract Education Manager will manage instructional designers and trainers remotely to ensure staff readiness and engagement at the SMSH Cancer Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead development, coordination, and delivery of operational and technology training programs
- Oversee and coordinate instructional designers, trainers, and ATE go-live support resources
- Develop and manage change management and organizational readiness strategies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations; oncology or specialty care experience preferred
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale training initiatives
- Proven success in executing change management strategies and readiness planning
- Certifications in Project Management, Training, or Change Management preferred
