Education Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Education Program Manager to design and implement educational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, create project plans, and monitor progress
• Engage with speakers and volunteers to shape program content and delivery
• Build relationships with stakeholders and ensure program alignment with organizational priorities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience, or 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• 5+ years of experience in education program development or nonprofit management
• Demonstrated ability to build professional relationships with diverse individuals and organizations
• Experience working with executives and high-level partners
• Fluency in English; Spanish or Portuguese preferred
