Education Programs Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing nonprofit organization, the full-time remote Education Programs Specialist will provide operational and technical support for educational programs, manage online learning environments, and coordinate community events.

Key responsibilities

• Support the setup and maintenance of educational offerings within the LMS, including course administration and learner resources
• Coordinate Zoom events and provide technical support for live online sessions, ensuring a smooth learner experience
• Assist with the development of educational content, including video editing and digital learning materials

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in online learning administration, operations support, or event coordination, preferably in an educational or nonprofit setting
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• High aptitude for technology, with experience using platforms like Zoom, Thinkific, and Google Workspace
• Experience with video editing and digital content organization is preferred
• Interest in Polyvagal Theory and commitment to the organization's mission and values is a plus
