Education Research Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Research Consultant for Education.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the implementation of the Data Must Speak Stage 5 project in Ghana
• Coordinate day-to-day activities, monitor project progress, and prepare high-quality analytical outputs
• Engage with stakeholders and respond to emerging technical and operational needs

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in education, policy analysis, economics, sociology, or a related social science discipline
• At least 8 years of professional experience in applied research, particularly in low- and middle-income countries
• Strong experience in research design, implementation, and analysis
• Demonstrated experience in supporting field research and synthesizing findings for policy audiences
• Fluency in English is required
