Education Strategy Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing educational initiative, the fully remote Education Strategy Consultant will work with students aged 0-14 and their families to create and implement strategic academic and personal development plans, while also advising on early childhood education strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Creating and executing strategic roadmaps for academic and extracurricular growth
• Advising parents on early childhood education selection and developmental milestones
• Providing one-on-one coaching to students on academic strategy and personal development

Required qualifications

• Undergraduate degree from a Top 30 US or Top 20 UK university
• 5+ years of professional working experience
• 3+ years of experience in education or coaching for ages 6-14, with direct parent interaction
• Deep understanding of early childhood education philosophies and elementary school options
• Preferred leadership experience in early childhood or elementary education settings
