Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Education Subject Matter Expert, the full-time remote position will manage the development and validation of educational datasets, ensuring alignment with pedagogical standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance AI-driven educational solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary educational authority during AI model training, ensuring adherence to pedagogical standards and appropriate complexity
• Develop knowledge bases and academic taxonomies reflecting multi-disciplinary standards and curricular hierarchies
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers on training data strategies and prompt engineering for educational content creation

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, or a related field; teaching certification is a plus
• 10-20 years of experience in the education sector, including teaching, curriculum design, or academic research
• Proven ability to translate complex educational standards into structured logic and data requirements
• Exceptional writing and verbal skills for effective communication between technical teams and educational stakeholders
• Familiarity with EdTech stacks such as LMS and digital assessment platforms
