Job Summary

A company is looking for an Education Success Partner to support K-12 schools in implementing the Leader in Me framework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of school partners, driving outcomes, retention, and revenue expansion
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align delivery with school priorities and develop growth strategies
  • Promote a culture of leadership and learning by representing company values and contributing to team initiatives


Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in education or client-facing roles involving account management or customer success
  • Comfort with data management, project management, and CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
  • Familiarity with district-level initiatives and education funding
  • Ability to forecast renewals and report on account health
