Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time Technical Assistance Consultant in Education Systems & Policy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide training, technical assistance, and coaching to support state education agencies in implementing ESSA and pandemic recovery efforts
• Engage in collaborative planning with internal teams and clients
• Design and implement capacity building projects focusing on improved student outcomes and sustainable practices

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree with 4 years or Bachelor's degree with 6 years of experience supporting state education agencies
• Extensive knowledge in educator workforce issues, evidence-based practices, and equity in student outcomes
• Experience in using data for decision-making and progress measurement
• Experience working with state education agencies, local education agencies, and school staff
• Experience at the state level, district, and school levels is a plus
