Job Summary

A company in the education industry is looking for an Education Training Specialist II.

Position Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement professional development activities and instructional materials
• Meet with the team and school/district personnel to coordinate and plan as needed
• Assist in the collection and management of teacher and student progress monitoring data

Required Qualifications, Training and Education:

• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area and four years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience planning and conducting literacy professional development
• Experience coaching teachers in literacy
• At least three years' experience teaching in K-5 schools
• Expertise in reading instruction and intervention
