Job Summary

To support a growing educational initiative, the part-time contractor Educational Consultant will deliver high-quality professional learning experiences and job-embedded coaching to educators, utilizing research-based instructional strategies and adapting to various delivery formats, all while working remotely across designated territories.

Key responsibilities:

• Anticipate and address client needs during professional learning engagements, ensuring high satisfaction outcomes
• Deliver engaging sessions aligned with the Everway delivery framework, adjusting facilitation strategies based on participant dynamics
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource on Everway solutions, providing actionable implementation guidance tailored to educators' needs

Required qualifications:

• Experience delivering professional learning or training to educators
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills in both virtual and in-person formats
• Understanding of adult learning principles and ability to create interactive learning environments
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
• Availability for increased workload during the back-to-school season and flexibility for year-round opportunities
