A company is looking for an Educational Data Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct pre- and post-intervention assessments to measure literacy skill gains
• Analyze collected data to determine the effectiveness of the intervention against intended goals
• Produce a detailed report summarizing findings, conclusions, and recommendations for program improvement

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree in education or related social sciences with training in quantitative research methods
• Demonstrated experience in data collection and analysis for early grade education interventions
• Familiarity with literacy assessment tools and methodologies
