Educational Funding Manager

Job Summary

To expand family access through scholarship programs and educational funding initiatives, the full-time remote Educational Funding Manager will develop and execute growth strategies, manage relationships with stakeholders, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to enhance enrollment and funding opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement scholarship growth strategies in collaboration with the VP of Sales & Marketing
• Manage educational savings account (ESA) and school-choice program ownership, ensuring strategic positioning and effective communication
• Support growth initiatives for scholarships through outreach, marketing collaboration, and identifying new funding opportunities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Five or more years of experience in strategic partnerships, fundraising initiatives, or educational programs
• Demonstrated ability to manage new initiatives in fast-changing environments
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Passion for Classical Christian education and relevant experience in the education sector preferred
