Educational Leadership Instructor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructor in Educational Leadership/Research Methods (Full-time).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop instructional materials aligned with learning objectives and deliver engaging virtual events
• Provide one-to-one virtual instruction and coaching to support student academic and career goals
• Facilitate student communities to enhance peer collaboration and faculty interaction

Required Qualifications

• Verifiable doctorate degree from an accredited institution in Educational Leadership
• 3+ years of K-12 classroom experience
• 3-5 years of experience as a K-12 school principal
• Ability to work a student-friendly schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Experience with research methodologies and online student support is preferred
