Job Summary

To support the delivery of high-quality training experiences, the full-time Educational Programs Administrator will manage logistics for training demos and university webinars, handle inbound leads, schedule appointments, and coordinate device shipments in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Schedule Speech Language Pathologists for device demonstrations, webinars, and in-services, including ordering loaner devices
  • Coordinate logistics for educational events and ensure timely arrival of device shipments for hands-on activities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and follow up with contacts to increase engagement with educational programs
Required qualifications
  • Proficient in basic computer programs with a willingness to learn new systems
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
  • 1-2 years of related customer service, sales, marketing, or administrative experience
  • Self-motivated and organized with attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal, phone, and written communication skills
