Educational Quality Lead

Job Summary

Overseeing the pedagogical integrity of AI training projects, the full-time Educational Quality Lead will ensure instructional content is pedagogically sound, grade-appropriate, and aligned with educational standards while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and improve guidelines for how AI explains concepts, designs lesson plans, and creates assessments
• Perform detailed reviews of educational content to ensure it meets professional standards for scaffolding and clarity
• Ensure all materials are calibrated for the target audience's developmental level

Required Qualifications

• Ed.D., Ph.D., or Master's degree in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, or a specialized academic discipline
• 10-20+ years in the education sector, with experience in District Leadership, University Faculty roles, or Senior Curriculum Design
• Deep understanding of mapping learning objectives to effective assessments and instructional strategies
• Practical understanding of how AI can be applied in education for lesson plans and assessments
• Strong grasp of student data privacy and the ethical implications of using automated tools in education
