Key Responsibilities

• Act as an expert in the pedagogy of specific products and navigate digital platforms
• Respond to pedagogical inquiries via live chat and email while maintaining documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams to research solutions for complex customer inquiries

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Two or more years of teaching experience
• Knowledge of instructional standard methodologies and coaching techniques
• High comfort level with technology and online navigation
• Experience with Amplify products is preferred
