Job Summary
To ensure compliance with EEO laws, the full-time EEO Case Manager will assign cases, review reports of investigations, and track the progress of investigations in a timely manner.
Key responsibilities
- Assign cases to investigators and review all reports of investigations for quality and compliance with EEO guidelines
- Advise investigators on case strategies and ensure all necessary interviews are conducted
- Conduct training sessions for EEO investigators and counselors while addressing requests for information from federal agency customers
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- EEO Certification that meets mandatory training requirements set by the EEOC (EEOC MD-110)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in conducting federal EEO investigations or counselings
- Experience with EEO investigations for federal agencies such as the Department of Veterans Affairs or US Customs and Border Protection
- Proficiency in writing reports and conducting objective analyses of complex cases
