Job Summary
A company is looking for a Formal and Informal Equal Opportunity (EEO) Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage informal EEO complaints through counseling, intake interviews, and resolution efforts
- Support the investigation and processing of formal EEO complaints, including evidence gathering and report drafting
- Maintain case management records and assist in preparing data for reporting requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, Law, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant HR, EEO, or related experience
- Strong knowledge of the Rehabilitation Act, ADA, and federal EEO laws
- Experience managing confidential information and coordinating across multiple offices
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
