Job Summary

A company is looking for a Formal and Informal Equal Opportunity (EEO) Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage informal EEO complaints through counseling, intake interviews, and resolution efforts
  • Support the investigation and processing of formal EEO complaints, including evidence gathering and report drafting
  • Maintain case management records and assist in preparing data for reporting requirements


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, Law, or related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant HR, EEO, or related experience
  • Strong knowledge of the Rehabilitation Act, ADA, and federal EEO laws
  • Experience managing confidential information and coordinating across multiple offices
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
