Job Summary
A company is looking for an EEO Specialist responsible for investigating complaints of discrimination and harassment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess incoming complaints to determine adverse action and manage resolution
- Conduct thorough investigations into allegations of harassment and discrimination
- Evaluate findings and prepare position statements, negotiate settlements, and ensure effective implementation of recommendations
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field, or four years of related experience
- Three to five years of experience in investigating and resolving employment complaints or employee relations
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification is preferred
