Job Summary

A company is looking for an EEO Specialist responsible for investigating complaints of discrimination and harassment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess incoming complaints to determine adverse action and manage resolution
  • Conduct thorough investigations into allegations of harassment and discrimination
  • Evaluate findings and prepare position statements, negotiate settlements, and ensure effective implementation of recommendations
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field, or four years of related experience
  • Three to five years of experience in investigating and resolving employment complaints or employee relations
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification is preferred
