Job Summary
Conducting thorough and impartial investigations into complaints of discrimination and harassment, the full-time remote EEO Specialist will assess incoming complaints, manage multiple investigative matters, and develop resolutions while ensuring compliance with EEO laws and best practices.
Key responsibilities:
- Assess incoming complaints to determine adverse action and appropriate resolution management
- Conduct prompt, thorough, and unbiased investigations into allegations of harassment and discrimination
- Evaluate findings and prepare position statements, negotiate settlements, and facilitate closure calls with stakeholders
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field, or four years of related experience
- Three to five years of experience in investigating and resolving employment complaints or employee relations
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification is preferred
