Job Summary

A company is looking for an Efficacy Research Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the initial phase of research studies, including participant recruitment and project schedules
• Identify participant requirements and develop screening instruments for research studies
• Retrieve and organize data from internal systems to identify potential research participants

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 5+ years of applicable experience in educational research
• Proven experience recruiting for educational research studies
• Expertise in drafting and processing data sharing agreements
• Knowledge of educational research processes and compliance with PII and GDPR best practices (preferred)
