EFT Specialist

Job Summary

Performing daily banking operations, the remote EFT Specialist will manage ACH transactions, wire transfers, and account reconciliations while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Process incoming and outgoing funds, manage exceptions, and conduct account reconciliations
• Identify operational risks and develop corrective action plans to ensure compliance with regulations
• Collaborate with management on strategic initiatives and assist in the preparation of ad hoc reports

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Typically requires less than one year of related experience
• Knowledge of payment regulations and industry rules preferred
