EHR Analyst (eClinicalWorks)

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare practice, the contract EHR Analyst (eClinicalWorks) will serve as a subject matter expert, managing the implementation and optimization of the ambulatory electronic health record system while providing training and support to providers and practice personnel remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead ambulatory EHR implementations and optimization efforts, ensuring effective utilization of eClinicalWorks technologies
• Provide training and second-level support for EHR functionalities, including dictation and voice recognition technologies
• Collaborate with integrated support teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex EHR issues while enhancing provider experience

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in healthcare, with a focus on EHR systems
• Bachelor's Degree or advanced coursework related to healthcare or technology
• Previous experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) is required
• Understanding of system access and information protection standards
• Proficiency in clinical applications and ambulatory EHR workflows preferred
