EHR Application Analyst

Job Summary

Providing build support for Epic and other clinical applications, the full-time EHR Application Analyst I will manage software configurations, assist in issue resolution, and collaborate with various departments while working remotely from the St. Louis metro area.

Key responsibilities

• Designs, verifies, documents, and refactors software configurations for deployment
• Investigates and resolves application-related issues, utilizing management software for performance statistics
• Assists in creating test cases and scripts, ensuring adherence to standards for manual and automated testing

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• No prior experience required
• Epic or applicable certifications required within 6 months of hire
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree
• Preferred: 2-5 years of relevant experience
