Job Summary

A company is looking for an EHR Application II Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide tier 1 application and server support for clinical applications
• Independently troubleshoot and resolve application issues and develop test plans
• Coordinate projects and lead meetings with minimal direction

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-5 years of relevant experience
• Ability to work effectively with customers and vendors
• Experience in application support and maintenance tasks
• Epic or applicable certifications required within 6 months of hire
