EHR Application Analyst II

Job Summary

Supporting lab applications in a full-time remote capacity, the EHR Application Analyst II will configure, modify, test, and maintain Epic and other clinical applications while collaborating with hospital leadership and clinical users.

Key responsibilities

• Designs, verifies, and documents complex software configurations for deployment
• Investigates and resolves application-related issues, ensuring system reliability and performance
• Develops and executes test plans, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure comprehensive test coverage

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-5 years of relevant experience
• Epic or applicable certifications required within 6 months of hire
• Experience in lab applications preferred, with knowledge in blood bank, microbiology, or genetics/molecular
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
