EHR Applications Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the EHR Applications Analyst I will optimize and support electronic health records by translating clinical and operational needs into system modifications, collaborating with teams to resolve issues, and implementing enhancements to improve workflows and patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Performs analysis and facilitates the development of integrated workflows, completing functional design and build of the EHR application with guidance
• Collaborates with team members to resolve system issues and communicates risk implications to project managers
• Participates in the upgrade process and builds reports and workflows while adhering to organizational policies and standards

Required qualifications

• Associate's Degree in a related discipline such as Computer Science, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Science, or Engineering
• One year of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Preferred clinical, technical, or administrative experience in a healthcare setting
• Preferred clinical experience specific to the Cath Lab or Cardiology
• Epic certification in related application(s) may be required within 12 months upon hire
